5.0 Task Manager
5.1 Add New Task
- This operation is for admin to create new task.
- Figure 5.1.0 shows Add New Task page :

- Based on Figure 5.1.1, to create a new task admin need to :
- enter Task Name
- enter Task Description
- add Task Tag
- click on Assign To column a dropdown with Sale Members will appear, admin can choose sale member(s) to be assigned to
- set Task Due Date
- click Insert New Task button
- Figure 5.1.2 shows an example :
Figure 5.1.2 - The task created will appear in All Task.
5.2 All Task
- All tasks created by admin will be displayed here.
- Figure 5.2.0 shows All Task main page :
Figure 5.2.0 - If admin clicks on Task Name, they will be able to see full details of the particular task.
- For example in Figure 5.2.1 admin clicks on "test1" :
Figure 5.2.1 - Figure 5.2.2 shows test1 details :
Figure 5.2.2 - Based on Figure 5.2.3, admin are allowed to update task description, due date, and assigned to.
Figure 5.2.3 - If admin wish to update task description, they can edit existing description and click Update button highlighted in Figure 5.2.4 :
Figure 5.2.4 - Figure 5.2 5 shows that admin are able to add task tags by entering tag(s) and clicking on Add New Tag :
Figure 5.2.5 - Existing task tag can also be removed by clicking (x) icon highlighted in Figure 5.2.6 :
Figure 5.2.6 - The steps to remove assigned members is the same as removing task tags.
- Admin can delete the task by clicking Delete Task button highlighted in Figure 5.2.7 :
Figure 5.2.7 - Deleted task will be removed from All Task.
5.3 Search Task
- Search task is a page for admin to directly search task by task tag, task description and task name.
- Figure 5.3.0 shows main page of search task :
Figure 5.3.0 - Figure 5.3.1 shows that admin are able to search task by task tag, name or description :

- Based on Figure 5.3.2 is example for when admin wants to search task by name, the steps are as follow :
- enter task name in the search bar
- click on Search By button, a dropdown will appear
- click on Name option from the dropdown list
- Figure 5.3.3 is the search result :
Figure 5.3.3 - If admin clicks on task name as highlighted in Figure 5.3.4, admin can see the full details of the task :
Figure 5.3.4 - Figure 5.3.5 shows test1 details :
Figure 5.3.5 - Based on Figure 5.3.5, admin are allowed to edit/update task name, task description, due date, add new element, delete task, update assigned to members and add task tag.
- Figure 5.3.6 shows Add New Element button :
Figure 5.3.6 - If admin clicks on Add Element button, an Edit Task page will appear as in Figure 5.3.7 :
Figure 5.3.7 - Based on Figure 5.3.7, admin are allowed to add new assign user, add new tag and update description .
- Figure 5.3.8, shows an example if admin updates all 3 details, they need to click on each respective buttons to save changes made.
Figure 5.3.8 - After finish editing new detail, admin can click (x) icon positioned on top right of the window to exit as highlighted in Figure 5.3.9 :
Figure 5.3.9 - The new details can be seen added on the current task as shown in Figure 5.3.10 :
Figure 5.3.10 - The steps to remove detailed added from the Add New Element is the same as removing task tag.
