9.0 Credit Report

Figure 9.1Based on Figure 9.1, there are seven tabs included in credit report :
- Today Topup
- Topup Contributions
- Topup Ranking
- User Topup
- Credit Distribution
- Credit Claimed
- Monthly Report
A.Today Topup
- A list of records from Today's Topup
When admin clicks on Today Topup tab, a list of record will be displayed as shown in Figure 9.2 :

B.Topup Contribution
- A graph of topup contribution.
When admin clicks on Topup Contribution, a graph of contribution by week for the current month will be displayed as shown in Figure 9.4 :
Figure 9.4If admin hovers over the bar graph they can see details such as the week number followed by the date range and total topup contribution. For example in Figure 9.5, admin hovers over "week 1" :
Figure 9.5Admin can click on each bar and it will generate a graph by day within the selected week. Figure 9.6 shows an example when admin clicks on " Week 1" :
Figure 9.6If admin clicks on Back to Week button, it will redirect back to the previous graph.
For each graph generated, admin can download them as image or print by using the menu positioned on top right of the graph as shown in Figure 9.7 :

Figure 9.8Admin are able to generated chart by selecting date range from the search bar.
Figure 9.9Based on Figure 9.9, the steps to generate graph by date is as follow :
- click on search date bar, a calendar will be prompt out
- select a date range
- click Submit button

C. Topup Ranking
- A list of topup record ranked from the largest amount of total topup to the smallest amount
When admin clicks on Topup Ranking, a top 10 list of customers with the highest amount of topup will be shown like as Figure 9.11 :
Figure 9.11Admin are able to rank them by selecting an option consisting of top 10, top 50, top 100, and top 500 from Select Rank button as shown in Figure 9.12 :
Figure 9.12For example in Figure 9.13, admin wish to rank by top 50, they need to click on select rank button and select top 50 from the dropdown. A list of top 50 user will be displayed :
Figure 9.13The search bar on top of the table can be used to search a specific customer from the ranking list. Admin can search by customer's name, email, or topup amount. Figure 9.14 shows an example when admin types in customer's name :

D. User Topup
- A graph showing total amount of topup per day.
When admin click on User Popup tab, a graph will be displayed as shown in Figure 9.15 :
Figure 9.15If admin hovers each bar, they can see details such as date followed by total amount of topup and total topup times. Figure 9.16 is an example when admin hovers over "01-11-2017" :
Figure 9.16Admin can exclude the bar graph or the line graph by clicking on the bullets below the graph. For example in Figure 9.17, admin clicks on blue bullet[Total Topup] :

Figure 9.18Based on Figure 9.18, the following are steps to generate user topup graph :
- click on search date bar, a calendar will be prompt
- select a date range
- click Submit button

E. Credit Distribution
Credit distribution tab shows credit distribution chart and its summary as shown in Figure 9.22 :
Figure 9.22If admin hovers over the pie chart they will be able to see details such as credit type and its total credit . For example in Figure 9.23, admin hovers over "Online Topup" :
Figure 9.23Admin can click on each slice of the pie chart to get more detailed chart of the credit distribution. For example in Figure 9.24 admin clicks on Online Topup :

Admin can also generate credit distribution chart and summary by selecting date range.

F. Credit Claimed
- A list of credit claimed record by customer

- select date range

G. Monthly Report
Shows a graph of monthly sales report as shown in Figure 9.33 :

Figure 9.34Admin are able to exclude some of the credit type by clicking their respective coloured bullets below the graph. For example in Figure 9.35 shows the graph when admin click blue bullet[Offline/Online Topup + Credit from EasyStore] :
