3.0 Task Manager
3.1 Add New Task
- This operation is for admin to create a new task.
Figure 3.1.0 shows the way to Add New Task Page :

Figure 3.1.1Admin need to fill up the form by entering details such as :
- Task Name
- Task Description
- Task Tag
Assign To : for assign to, admin have to choose at least one sale member's name from the dropdown list shown in Figure 3.1.2

Click Insert New Task button to submit details.
Figure 3.1.3 shows an example :
Figure 3.1.3Figure 3.1.4 is a pop up message that will appear on bottom right of the screen after clicking insert new task button.

3.2 All Task
- All task created by admin will be displayed here.
- Figure 3.2.0 below shows the way to All Task page :

Figure 3.2.1If admin clicks on Task Name, they can see the full details of the task.
For example in Figure 3.2.2, admin clicks on "test1" :
Figure 3.2.2The task details for "test1" will be displayed as shown in Figure 3.2.3 :
Figure 3.2.3Based on Figure 3.2.4, admin allowed to update task description, due date, and assigned to detail.
Figure 3.2.4For example, admin wish to update task description, first updat/edit the existing description.
Then, click on the blue Update button next to the column (highlighted in red) as in Figure 3.2.5 :

Figure 3.2.7Based on Figure 3.2.7, admin need to write the word in the tag column (highlighted in red) , then click on Add New Tag button (highlighted in purple).

Figure 3.2.8Existing task tag can also be removed by clicking (x) icon on the tag (highlighted in red) as shown in Figure 3.2.9 :
Figure 3.2.9The steps to remove assigned members are the same as removing task tags.
Figure 3.2.10 is a pop up message that will appear when admin removes tag :
Figure 3.2.10Admin can delete the task by clicking Delete Task button (highlighted in red) as in Figure 3.2.11 :
Figure 3.2.11A confirmation message will pop up as shown in Figure 3.2.12 :
Figure 3.2.12If admin click Yes, the task will be deleted and removed from All Task list.
3.3 Search Task
- Search task is a page for admin to directly search task by task tag, task description or task name.

Figure 3.3.1Based on Figure 3.3.2 is an example when admin search task by task name. First, admin need to enter task name in search bar ar :

Figure 3.3.4If admin clicks on the task name, they can see the full details of the task as shown in Figure 3.3.5 :

Figure 3.3.6Based on Figure 3.3.6, admin are able to edit/update task name, task description, update due date, add new element, delete task, update assigned to members and add task tag.
If admin wish to add new detail to existing ones, they just need to click on Add New Element button as shown in Figure 3.3.7 :
Figure 3.3.7Figure 3.3.8 shows edit task page after admin clicks add new element button :
Figure 3.3.8Admin are allowed to Add New Assign User, Add New Tag, and Update Description.
Figure 3.3.9 below shows an example if admin update all 3 details. Admin have to click each respective buttons to save the new details entered :

Figure 3.3.10Figure 3.3.11 shows the new details added on the current task :
