1.0 Client Manager

1.1 New Client

  • Figure 1.1.0 below shows the way to New Client page :

  • The page consist of two(2) forms; Sign Up User and Potential User.

Sign Up User

  • Admin can use the Sign Up User form to register a new client. After that client can straight away use easyparcel as a registered user. Figure 1.1.2 below shows the Sign Up User form :

  • Mobile No and Email are mandatory fields.

  • Click Sign Up button, and a pop up message will appear as shown in Figure 1.1.4 below:

Potential User

  • Potential Users are client that might use easyparcel. Figure 1.1.5 shows a form that can be used by Admin to register potential user :

  • Figure 1.1.6 shows an example registering a potential client, first, fill up the form :

  • Email is a mandatory field.

A. By Type
  • Based on Figure 1.1.8, admin can use the search bar(in yellow box) to search client by toggling between By Type or By Date(in red circle) and then clicking on Search button (in blue circle) :

  • For example based on Figure 1.1.9, admin wants to search client By Type, first, they have to toggle by Type and then they can either enter the client’s email or mobile no. in the search bar. In this case, admin type in the mobile no. “601131684221” :

  • After clicking Search button, the search result will be displayed as shown in Figure 1.1.10.:

  • Based on Figure 1.1.11 If admin click on client’s name they can see the client’s full details.

  • Based on Figure 1.1.13, there are 2 operations that can be done under column Action; Add Activities Record and View Activities Record:

1. Add Activities Record

  • Figure 1.1.14 below shows when admin clicks Add Activities Record Admin are able to add client’s activity by entering details such as activity type, propose topup and ect. and then clicking on Submit button :

  • For example, if admin wish to add client activity record :

  • Admin can choose the activity type such as Cold Call, Enquiry, Lead, Follow Up, Upsell, Customer Retention from the dropdown list shown in Figure 1.1.15 :

  • After filling up the form, admin can click the Submit button to save the detail as shown in Figure 1.1.16 .

2. View Activities Record

  • By clicking View Activities Record, admin are able to view client’s activities. Figure 1.1.18 below shows when admin clicks View Activities Record :

B. By Date
  • Figure 1.1.19 shows if admin wish to search client by date, they just need to toggle By Date, next, choose From and To date, and then click Search button.

1.2 My Client

  • Figure 1.2.0 below shows the way to My Client page :

  • My client is a list of client records that is being managed by an admin. Figure 1.2.1 below shows My Client page :

  • Search bar can be used to filter client by their name or credit amount.

  • Based on figure 1.2.2 ,for example admin enter name in search bar, the search result will immediately appear is the table below :

1.3 All Client

  • Figure 1.3.0 below shows the way to All Client page :

  • All Client are record of clients sorted by New User, New User Without Topup and First Topup.

  • Admin can search user by :

    • New User

    • New User Without Top Up

    • First Topup

    • Search By

1) New User
  • Figure 1.3.2 shows if admin wish to search client records that are new user, admin need to click on New User button :

  • Next, admin need to choose an option from the dropdown list. Based on Figure 1.3.3 for example, admin choose “Jul2017” :

2) New User Without Top Up
  • If admin wish to search client records that are new user without topup, admin need to click on New User Without Topup button as shown in Figure 1.3.5 :

  • Next, admin need to choose an option from the dropdown list. Based on Figure 1.3.6, for example, admin chooses “Jun 2017” :

3) First Topup
  • If admin wish to search client records that have topup for the first time, admin need to click on First Topup button as shown in Figure 1.3.8 :

  • Next, admin need to choose an option from the dropdown list. Based on Figure 1.3.9 for example admin chooses “Within 3 Months” :

Search Function in All Client Search Result

  • The search bar can be found within New User, New User Without Topup and First Topup as shown in Figure 1.3.11 :

  • It can be used to filter records by name, email or join date. Figure 1.3.12 below shows an example, filtering by entering email address :

  • There are 4 option to search client by; Name, Email, Mobile No or IC No as shown in Figure 1.4.1:

  • Based on Figure 1.4.2 for example, admin wants to search client by Mobile No, they need to enter the mobile number in the search bar ‘6012-3302506’, and then click Search By button(in blue circle). and choose ‘Mobile No’ from the dropdown :
