2.0 Client Manager
2.1 New Client
- Figure 2.1.0 shows new client main page :

- The page consist of two forms which are Sign Up User and Potential User.
Sign Up User
- Admin can user the Sign Up User form to register new clients. After that client can straight away use easyparcel as a registered user.

Potential User
- Potential Users are client that might use easyparcel.

A. By Type

- Based on Figure 2.1.5, admin can use the search client by :
- toggle to By Type
- enter email or mobile number
- click on Search button
- Based on Figure 2.1.6, there are two operations that can be done under Action; Add Activities Record and View Activities Record :

i. Add Activities Record
- Figure 2.1.7 shows when admin clicks Add Activities Record.

- Admin are able to add client's activity by entering details such as activity type, propose topup, and etc. and lastly clicking on Submit button to save details.
- Admin can choose the activity type such as Cold Call, Enquiry, Lead, Follow Up, Upsell, Customer Retention from the dropdown list shown in Figure 2.1.8 :

ii. View Activities Record
- By clicking View Activities Record, admin are able to view client's activities. Figure 2.1.9 shows when admin clicks View Activities Record :

B. By Date

- Based o Figure 2.1.10 are the steps to search client by date :
- toggle by Date
- choose From date
- choose To date
- click Search button
2.2 My Client
- My client is a list clients record that is being managed by an admin.

- Search bar can be used to filter client by their name or credit amount.
- Figure 2.2.1 is an example, if admin enters a name in search bar :

2.3 All Client
- All client are record of client sorted by New User, New User Without Topup and First Topup.

- Admin can search user by :
- New User
- New User Without Top Up
- First Topup
- Search By User
1) New User
- Figure 2.3.1 shows if admin wish to search client record that new user, admin need to click New User button :

- Based on Figure 2.3.2 for example, admin chooses "Jul 2017" from the dropdown :

2) New User Without Top Up
- If admin wish to search client records that are new user without topup, admin need to click on New User Without Topup button as shown in Figure 2.3.4 :

3) First Topup

- Based on Figure 2.3.8 for example, admin chooses "Within 3 Months" from the dropdown :

4) Search By
- Figure 2.3.10 shows the search bar that can be used by admin to search user :

There are 5 options from the dropdown list; Name, Email, Mobile No, IC No or Referral Email.

Based on Figure 2.3.11 are steps to search user using search bar :
- enter either user's name/email/mobile no/ic no/referral email in the search bar
- click Search button
- click the corresponding dropdown option based on the input
Search Function
- The search bar can be found within New User, New User Without Topup, First Topup and the search result from the search by as shown in Figure 2.4.0 :

- It can be used to filter records by name, email or join date. Figure 2.4.1 shows an example filtering by entering email address :
