2.3 Manage Follow Up
- Figure 2.3.0 shows manage follow up main page :
Figure 2.3.0 - Manage Follow Up is usually used to keep in track of sales team current case.
A. Only My Active Issue
- Issues followed up by a member of sales team.
- The member can view their own cases.
- Figure 2.3.2 shows Only Active Issues :

B. Today Active Issue
- Issues reported on that particular day.
- If on that date has no issues, there will no be record.
C. All Active Issue
- A record to show all the active issues followed up by the whole sales team.
- Figure 2.3.3 shows All Active Issues.
Figure 2.3.3 - Based on Figure 2.3.3, if admin clicks on History button under Operation column, a shipment Follow Up History List window will be displayed as in Figure 2.3.4 :
Figure 2.3.4 - Also based on Figure 2.3.3, theres a Close button which function as closing the issue if it is already solved.
When admin clicks on Close button a window will be displayed as shown in Figure 2.3.5 :
Figure 2.3.5After toggling to Close case, issues will change it's status to In-Active.
D. All In-Active Issue
- A record of all cases that have been closed by admin in active issues as shown in Figure 2.3.6 :

Figure 2.3.6 - To reopen a case, admin can follow the same step as closing the issue.
