9.0 Credit Report
- Figure 9.0 shows the main page of credit report :

- Based on Figure 9.0, there are seven tabs included in credit report :
- Today Topup
- Topup Contribution
- Topup Ranking
- User Topup
- Credit Distribution
- Credit Claimed
- Monthly Report
A. Today Topup
- A list of records from Today's Topup.
- When admin clicks on Today Topup tab, a list of record will be displayed as shown in Figure 9.1 :
- Admin can search bar to filter by name, email, or date. Figure 9.2 is an example when admin search by user's name :
B. Topup Contribution
- A graph of topup contribution.
- When admin clicks on Topup Contribution by week for the current month will be displayed as shown in Figure 9.3 :

- If admin hovers over the bar graph they can see details such as the week number followed by the date range and total contribution. For example in Figure 9.4, admin hover "Week2" :

- Admin can click on each bar and it will generate by day within the selected week. Figure 9.5 shows an example when admin clicks on "Week2" :

- If admin clicks on Back to Week button, it will redirect back to the previous graph.
- For each graph generated, admin can download them as image or print by selecting an option from the menu highlighted in Figure 9.6 :

- Admin are able to generated chart by selecting date range from the search bar.

- Based on Figure 9.8, the steps to generate graph by date is as follow :
- click on search date bar, a calendar will prompt
- select an option, Last 7 Days or Custom date
- if Custom, select date range
- click Submit button

- refresh by clicking Topup Contribution tab, and a new graph will be generated as in Figure 9.9.
C. Topup Ranking
- A list of topup record ranked from the largest amount of total topup to the smallest amount.
- When admin clicks on Topup Ranking, a top 10 list of customers with the highest amount of topup will be shown as in Figure 9.10 :

- Admin are able to rank them by selecting an option consisting of top 10, top 50, top 100 and top 500 from Select Rank button as shown in Figure 9.11 :

- For example in Figure 9.12, admin wish to rank by top 50 from the dropdown. A list of top 50 user will be displayed :

- The search bar on top of the table can be used to search a specific customer from the ranking list. Admin can search by customer's name, email, or topup amount. Figure 9.13 shows an example of when admin types in customer's email :

D. User Topup
- A graph showing total amount of topup per day.
- When admin clicks on user topup tab, a graph will be displayed as shown in Figure 9.14 :

- If admin hovers each bar, they can see details such as date followed by total amount of topup times. Figure 9.15 is an example when admin hovers over "09-01-2018" :

- Admin can exclude the bar graph or the line graph by clicking on the bullets below the graph. For example in Figure 9.16, admin clicks on blue bullet [Total Topup] :

- Admin are able to generate the graph by selecting date range.

- Based on Figure 9.17, the following are steps to generate user topup graph :
- click on search date bar, a calendar will be prompt
- select an option, Last 7 Days or Custom
- if custom, select date range
- click Submit button

- click User Topup tab to refresh and generate new graph as shown in Figure 9.18 :
- For generated graph, admin can download it as image or print using the menu on the graph as shown in Figure 9.19 :

E. Credit Distribution
- Credit distribution tab shows credit distribution chart and its summary as shown in Figure 9.21 :

- If admin hovers over the pie chart they will be able to see details such as credit type and its total credit . For example in Figure 9.22, admin hovers over "Online Topup" :

- Admin can click on each slice of the pie chart to get more detailed chart of the credit distribution. For example in Figure 9.23 admin clicks on Online Topup :

- Based on Figure 9.23 , admin can click on Back to Credit Type button to go back to previous graph.
- Admin can also generate credit distribution chart and summary by selecting date range.

- Based on Figure 9.24, the following are steps to generate credit distribution chart and summary by date :
- click on the search date bar and a calendar will be prompt
- choose option, Last 7 Days or Custom
- if custom, select date range
- click Submit button

- refresh by clicking on Credit Distribution tab, and new graph and summary will be displayed as shown in Figure 9.25.
- For generated graph, admin can download it as image or print by selecting an option from the menu highlighted in Figure 9.26 :

F. Credit Claimed
- A list of credit claimed record by customer.

- Admin is able to search customer from the list by entering customer's name. Figure 9.29 is an example :

- Admin can generated list selecting date range.

- Based on Figure 9.30 the steps to generate credit claimed list by date is as follow :
- click on search date bar, a calendar will prompt
- choose an option; Last 7 Days or Custom
- if custom, select date range
- click submit button

G. Monthly Report
- Graph of monthly sales report as shown in Figure 9.32 :

- Admin are able to exclude some of the credit type by clicking their respective coloured bullets below the graph. For example in Figure 9.34 shows the graph when admin clicks black bullet [System + Referral + Coupon Claim + Topup Bonus + Compensate] :
