  • Based on Figure 2.2.1, there are two main list which are Instant Pay and Pay As You Go.

  • If admin clicks on each tab, a window with list of customer based on the their payment method will be shown.

A. Instant Pay List
  • Instant pay list is a record showing customers who pay through online banking as their payment method.
  • This is usually due the customer not having sufficient credit in their easyparcel account, or customer not being able to top up.
  • If customer make payment through online banking, the price will be higher compared to them using easyparcel credit.
B. Pay As You Go List
  • Pay as you go list shows record of customers who are using easyparcel service as an unregistered user.

  • Admin are able to search customer using the function highlighted above in Figure 2.2.2
  • The following are example for Date Range Search and Transaction No. Search :

  • Based on Figure 2.2.3, the steps to use date range search are :
      1. toggle to Date Range Search
      2. select a From date
      3. select To date
      4. choose either to search from Instant Pay List or Pay As You Go List
      5. click on Search button to get search results.

  • Based on Figure 2.2.6, the steps to transaction no. search are as follow :
      1. toggle to Transaction No. Search
      2. insert a transaction no ( either instant pay or pay as you go)
      3. click Search Transaction Number button to get search result
