5.0 Task Manager
5.1 Add New Task
- Figure 5.1.0 shows the way to Add New Task page :

- Based on Figure 5.1.2, to create a new task admin need to :
- enter Task Name
- enter Task Description
- add Task Tag
- click on Assign To column a dropdown with Sale Members will appear, admin can choose sale member(s) to be assigned to
- set Task Due Date
- click Insert New Task button
- Figure 5.1.3 shows an example :
Figure 5.1.3 - The task created will appear in All Task.
5.2 All Task
- All task created by admin will be displayed here.
- Figure 5.2.0 shows the way to All Task page :

Figure 5.2.1If admin clicks on Task Name, they will be able to see full details of the particular task.
For example in Figure 5.2.2 admin clicks on "test1" :
Figure 5.2.2Figure 5.2.3 shows test1 details :
Figure 5.2.3Based on Figure 5.2.4, admin are allowed to update task description, due date, and assigned to.
Figure 5.2.4If admin wish to update task description, they can edit the existing description and click Update button highlighted in Figure 5.2.5 :
Figure 5.2.5Figure 5.2.6 shows that admin are able to add task tags by entering tag(s) and clicking on Add New Tag :
Figure 5.2.6Existing task tag can also be removed by admin by clicking (x) icon highlighted in Figure 5.2.7 :
Figure 5.2.7The steps to remove assigned members is the same as removing task tags.
Admin can delete the task by clicking Delete Task button highlighted in Figure 5.2.8 :
Figure 5.2.8Deleted task will be removed from All Task list.
5.3 Search Task
- Search task is a page for admin to directly search task by task tag, taks description or task name.
- Figure 5.3.0 shows the way to Search Task page :

Figure 5.3.1 Figure 5.3.2 shows that admin are able to search task by task tag, name or description :
Figure 5.3.2Based on Figure 5.3.3 is an example for when admin wants to search task by name, the steps are as follow :

- click on Search By button, a dropdown will appear
- click on Name option from dropdown list
Figure 5.3.4 is the search result :
Figure 5.3.4If admin clicks on task name as highlighted in Figure 5.3.5, admin can see the full details of the task :
Figure 5.3.5Figure 5.3.6 shows test1 details :

Figure 5.3.6Based on Figure 5.3.6, admin are allowed to edit/update task name, task description, due date, add new element, delete task, update assigned to members, and add task tag.
- Figure 5.3.7 shows Add New Element button :
Figure 5.3.7 - If admin clicks on Add New Element button, an Edit Task page will appear as in Figure 5.3.8 :
Figure 5.3.8 - Based on Figure 5.3.8, admin are allowed to add new assign user, add new tag and update description.
- Figure 5.3.9 shows an example if admin update al 3 details, they need to click on each respective button to save changes made.
Figure 5.3.9 - After finish adding new details, admin can click (x) icon positioned on top right of the window to exit as highlighted in Figure 5.3.10 :

Figure 5.3.11 - The steps to remove detailed added from Add New Elements is the same as removing task tags.
