6.0 Coupon Manager
6.1 Coupon List
Coupon List shows every coupon that have been created by admin.
Figure 6.1.0 shows the way to Coupon List page :

Figure 6.1.1Based on Figure 6.1.1, there are two types of filter; Coupon Type and Coupon Status.
1. Coupon Type

Based on Figure 6.1.2, if admin clicks on Coupon Type, a dropdown list will appear as shown in Figure 6.1.3 :
Figure 6.1.3Based on Figure 6.1.3, for example, admin clicks on "Free Cheapest Parcel Based On Condition" from the dropdown, a list will be displayed as shown in Figure 6.1.4 :
Figure 6.1.4If admin clicks on Code in Figure 6.1.4, they will be redirected to Create Coupon page as in Figure 6.1.5 :

Figure 6.1.6- Coupon can only be edited if the status is Draft.
- If the status is Archive, admin need to change it to Draft in order to edit coupon.
- Coupon with status Public are published and can't be edited.
if admin clicks on Redeemed (in red box in Figure 6.1.7), a User Redeemed List will be prompt like in Figure 6.1.8 :

2. Coupon Status

Based on Figure 6.1.9, if admin clicks on Coupon Status, a dropdown list will appear as shown in Figure 6.1.10 :

6.2 Coupon Form
- Coupon Form is to create new coupon .

Following is an example to create a coupon :
Based on Figure 6.2.7, fill in the form (Coupon Code is a mandatory field) :
Figure 6.2.7Admin are able to select the status of the coupon as shown in Figure 6.2.8 :
Figure 6.2.8click Preview button as in Figure 6.2.9 to view all the details that have been entered in form :
Figure 6.2.9A preview page will be prompt like in Figure 6.2.10 :
Figure 6.2.10Click Save button as in Figure 6.2.11 to create new coupon :

Insert quantity for Fix Shipping Amount type
For coupon type Fix Shipping Amount, user can insert quantity
For example in Figure 6.3.0, when user select coupon type as Fix Shipping Amount, the quantity field is prompted :

Coupon Code cannot be duplicated
User cannot create another coupon with same the coupon code
For example in Figure 6.3.1, coupon code "testig" has already exist :
Figure 6.3.1Therefore, when user create a new coupon and use the same coupon code the preview button will be disabled as shown in Figure 6.3.2 :

Self Claim selected
- The section under User Group is disable when self claim is selected as shown in Figure 6.3.3 :

- After complete entering details for Create coupon, user need to click on Preview button to save coupon. Figure 6.4.0 shows the preview button :

Coupon Code Restriction
- Criteria for coupon code restriction such as Sign Up Within, Top Up Within, Top Up Amount, Parcel Within, and Parcel Quantity are added as highlighted in Figure 6.4.2 :
