2.0 Client Manager

2.1 New Client

  • Figure 2.1.0 below shows the way to New Client page :

  • The page consist of two(2) forms; Sign Up User and Potential User.

1. Sign Up User

  • Admin can use the Sign Up User form to register a new client. After that client can straight away use easyparcel as a registered user.
  • Figure 2.1.2 below shows the Sign Up User form :

  • Password, Mobile No and Email are mandatory fields.

2. Potential User

  • Potential Users are client that might use easyparcel. Figure 2.1.4 shows a form that can be used by Admin to register potential user :

  • Password and Email are mandatory fields.

A. By Type

  • Based on Figure 2.1.6, admin can use the search client by :

      1. toggle to By Type
      2. enter email or mobile number
      3. click on Search button
  • Based on Figure 2.1.7, there are 2 operations that can be done under column Action; Add Activities Record and View Activities Record :

1. Add Activities Record

  • Figure 2.1.8 below shows when admin clicks Add Activities Record.

  • Admin are able to add client’s activity by entering details such as activity type, propose topup and ect. and lastly clicking on Submit button to save details :

  • Admin can choose the activity type such as Cold Call, Enquiry, Lead, Follow Up, Upsell, Customer Retention from the dropdown list shown in Figure 2.1.9 :

2. View Activities Record

  • By clicking View Activities Record, admin are able to view client’s activities. Figure 2.1.10 below shows when admin clicks View Activities Record :

B. By Date

  • Figure 2.1.11 shows if admin wish to search client by date, the steps are as follow :
      1. toggle By Date
      2. choose From date
      3. choose To date
      4. click Search button

2.2 My Client

  • My client is a list of client records that is being managed by an admin.

  • Figure 2.2.0 below shows the way to My Client page :

  • Search bar can be used to filter client by their name or credit amount.

  • Figure 2.2.2 is an example, if admin enters a name in search bar, the search result will immediately appear in the table :

2.3 All Client

  • All Client are record of clients sorted by New User, New User Without Topup and First Topup.

  • Figure 2.3.0 below shows the way to All Client page :

  • Admin can search user by :

    • New User

    • New User Without Top Up

    • First Topup

    • Search By bar

1) New User
  • Figure 2.3.2 shows if admin wish to search client records that are new user, admin need to click on New User button :

  • A dropdown list will appear. Based on Figure 2.3.3 for example, admin chooses “Jul 2017” from the dropdown :

2) New User Without Top Up
  • If admin wish to search client records that are new user without topup, admin need to click on New User Without Topup button as shown in Figure 2.3.5 :

  • A dropdown list will appear. Based on Figure 2.3.6 for example, admin chooses “Jun 2017” :

3) First Topup
  • If admin wish to search client records that have topup for the first time, admin need to click on First Topup button as shown in Figure 2.3.8 :

  • A dropdown list will appear. Based on Figure 2.3.3 for example, admin chooses “Within 3 Months” :

4) Search By
  • Figure 2.3.11 shows the search bar that can be used by admin to search user :

  • There are 5 option in the dropdown list; Name, Email, Mobile No, IC No or Referral Email.

  • Based on Figure 2.3.12 are the steps to search user using search bar :

      1. enter either user's name/email/mobile no./ic no/referral email in the search bar
      2. click Search By button
      3. click the corresponding dropdown option based on the input

Search Function in All Client Search Result

  • The search bar can be found within New User, New User Without Topup, First Topup and the search result from search by as shown in Figure 2.4.0 :

  • It can be used to filter records by name, email or join date. Figure 2.4.1 below shows an example, filtering by entering email address :
