2.3 Manage Follow Up

Manage Follow Up is usually used to keep in track of sales team current case.
1.Only My Active Issue 
- Issues followed up by a member of sales team.
- The member can only view their own cases.
2.Today Active Issue
- Issues reported on that particular day.
- If on that day has no issues, there will be no record.
3.All Active Issue
- A record to show all the active issue followed up by the whole sales team.

Based on Figure 2.3.2, if admin clicks on History button under Operation column, a Shipment FollowUp History List window will be displayed as in Figure 2.3.3 :

Based on Figure 2.3.2, theres a Close button which function as closing the issue if it is already solved.
When admin clicks on Close button a window will be displayed as shown in Figure 2.3.4 :

After toggling to Close Case, issues will change it's status to In-Active.
4.All In-Active Issue
A record of all cases that have been closed by admin in active issue as shown in Figure 2.3.5 :

To reopen a case, admin can follow the same step as closing the issue.
