7.0 Activity Record

• Activity record is a list of customer’s activity records.

• Figure 7.0 below shows the way to Activity Record page :

• Figure 7.2 shows that admin can search for activity record by date; either by choosing one of the existing options or selecting a custom date :

• Figure 7.3 shows an example, if admin wants to get activity record list by date, they need to click custom option and select the date range :

• Click the Submit button(in red circle), and then the Search Button(in blue circle) shown in Figure 7.3

• Figure 7.4 is the search result :

• If admin clicks on Check Record button highlighted in under Action column, a Remark page will appear like in Figure 7.5 :

• If admin clicks on the Chart Context Menu (highlighted in blue), a menu will appear as shown in Figure 7.6 :

• Some of the actions that can be done from the menu are :

  • Print Chart
  • Download PNG Image
  • Download JPEG Image
  • Download PDF document
  • Download SVG vector image
