4.0 Task Manager
4.1 Add New Task
Figure 4.1.0 below shows the way to Add New Task page:

Figure 4.1.1 below shows Add New Task page :
Figure 4.1.1Based on Figure 4.1.1, Admin needs to fill up the form by following these steps :
- enter Task Name
- enter Task Description
- create Task Tag
- choose at least one sale member from the dropdown list as in Figure 4.1.2 :
Figure 4.1.2 - select Task Due Date
- click Insert New Task button to submit details
For example in Figure 4.1.3, admin wants to create a new task, they need to fill up the form with appropriate details for each field:
Figure 4.1.3A pop up message will appear on bottom right of the screen as shown in Figure 4.1.4 below :

4.2 All Task
All task created by admin will be displayed here.
Figure 4.2.0 below shows the way to All Task page :

Figure 4.2.1If admin clicks on Task Name, they can see the full details of that task.
For example admin click on “test1” highlighted in Figure 4.2.2 :

Figure 4.2.3Based on Figure 4.2.4, admin is allowed to update task description, due date, and assigned to.
Figure 4.2.4For example, admin wish to update task description, first update/edit the existing description.
Click on the blue Update button next to the textbox highlighted in Figure 4.2.5 :
Figure 4.2.5Figure 4.2.6. shows a pop up message that will appear after clicking Update button :
Figure 4.2.6Based on Figure 4.2.7, admin are able to add task tags :
Figure 4.2.7Admin needs to write a word in the tag textbox highlighted in red in Figure 4.2.7;
Then click Add New Tag button highlighted in purple in Figure 4.2.7.
Figure 4.2.8 shows a pop up message that will appear :
Figure 4.2.8Existing task tag can also be removed by admin just by clicking (x) symbol on the tag highlighted in Figure 4.2.9 :
Figure 4.2.9The step to remove assigned members is the same as removing task tags.
- Figure 4.2.10 shows a pop up message that will appear :
Figure 4.2.10 - Admin can delete the task by clicking Delete Task button highlighted in Figure 4.2.11 :
Figure 4.2.11 - Figure 4.2.12 shows a confirmation message that will pop up :
Figure 4.2.12 - If click Yes, task will be deleted and removed from All Task list.
4.3 Search Task
Search Task is a page for admin to directly search task by task tag, task description or task name.
Figure 4.3.0 below shows the way to Search Task page :

Type in task name in search bar as shown in Figure 4.3.3 :
Figure 4.3.3Click Search By button and choose Name as shown in Figure 4.3.4 :
Figure 4.3.4Figure 4.3.5 is the search result :
Figure 4.3.5If admin clicks on task name under Task Name column, they can see the full details of the task as shown in Figure 4.3.6 :
Figure 4.3.6After clicking task name, task detail will be shown like in Figure 4.3.7 :
Figure 4.3.7Based on Figure 4.3.7, admin are able to edit/update task name, task description, update due date, add new element, delete task, update assigned to members, and add task tag.
Figure 4.3.8 is for adding new elements :
Figure 4.3.8If admin clicks on Add New Element button, an Edit Task page will appear like in Figure 4.3.9 :
Figure 4.3.9Admin are allowed to add new assign user, add new tag and update description. Figure 4.3.10 below shows an example if admin update all 3 details. Admin have to click each respective buttons to save the new details inserted :
Figure 4.3.10After finish adding new details, admin can click (x) symbol positioned on top right of the Edit Task window to exit highlighted in Figure 4.3.11 :
