To generate claim form and invoice in softcopy to be emailed over to courier service for compensation request.
Compensate Manager is used when customer's parcel faces problems such as lost, damage, cancelled or etc. Therefore, they can request through customer service admin's to claim from courier.
First, admin need to enter the Airway Bill and click Search Compensate Form as shown in Figure 4.2 :

A compensate form for that particular AWB will be displayed as shown in Figure 4.3 :

Steps to claim for customer :
- Reason to Complain : Fill in the description for compensation
- Select Date of Posting the Claim Form
- Select Claim Type
- if the Claim Type is not listen in the column, choose Other and fill in the Other Specific column. Else leave it blank.
- There are 3 buttons on action column; View PDF, View Invoice and Download As Zip.
View PDF is the claim form needed to be sent to courier. Figure 4.5 shows the claim form example from from Poslaju :

View Invoice is a document that need to be sent to customer.

Download as Zip is to download both documents from View PDF and View Invoice.
