8.0 Activity Record

• Activity record is a list of customer’s activity records.

• Figure 8.0 below shows the way to Activity Record page :

• Based on Figure 8.2 admin can search for activity record by date :

  • 1. click on search bar, a dropdown list will appear
    2. admin either choose a default options from the dropdown list or select a custom date
    3. click Submit button
    4. click Search button

• If admin clicks on Check Record button under Action column, a Remark page will appear like in Figure 8.5 :

• Some of the actions that can be done from the menu are :

  • Print Chart
  • Download PNG Image
  • Download JPEG Image
  • Download PDF document
  • Download SVG vector image
